Encyclopedia of Australian ArtArtitja Fine Art is proud to have hosted a special event as part of our DESERT DREAMINGS 2007 earth + water exhibition held 6 – 15 July at the Old Royal George Gallery in East Fremantle. Over 70 people attended the event at the Alexander State Library to hear Susan McCulloch, art critic and co-publisher of McCulloch’s Encyclopedia of Australian Art who spoke on An Insider’s View – the state of Australian and Aboriginal Art today – future successes and challenges.

It was Susan’s first visit to Perth since the recent re-release of the updated Encyclopedia. Pictured here is Susan busily signing copies for appreciative guests. Artitja Fine Art has limited numbers of specially signed copies of the Encylopedia for sale. To enquire about purchase contact (08) 9336 7787 or info@artitja.com.au
